google earth要上网才能使用。从你的状况上看，google earth和一个程序发生了冲突，这个程序可能是防火墙。试试关闭防火墙和那些系统不必要的程序在打开google earth再看，如果还不行，建议你另外下载一个google earth版本。另外google earth的收费版是提供更多的地区卫星图片，并不是收费更清晰。
