分为两步： 1、第一步注册时，选择不需要联网（大致英文是“without the intnet”），然后输入序列号: (enter the "file installation key") 15496-51729-03864-51723-09247 2、第二步还需要内容，任然选择不需要联网，“浏览”--打开matlab安装包--crack--lic_standalone，就可以了。
